This 3-star ryokan offers a shared lounge and luggage storage space. The property is 15 km from Shimane Winery and 17 km from Izumo Taisha.Unique location in the Izumo mountains. A car to get from and to is highly recommeded, parking is free at the hotel. The hotel does have a shuttle service to Izumo station. The personnel is friendly and helped out in any way possible, me not speaking Japanese and them not speaking English.The room is large and furnished with typical old things. The hot springs aren't the biggest but the hotel isn't either, and there's always room. The outdoor bath is especially nice. Excellent dinner and breakfast in quality, quantity, and variety.
