あかがね荘

あかがね荘 is a sustainable guest house in Sumino, where guests can make the most of its free bikes and garden. This guest house offers free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. The guest house features facilities for disabled guests.Outstanding property with all the amenities you could want for a family retreat. With optional Karaoke, Large Outdoor Bath, and Yakiniku (BBQ), we spent more time at the house then we did away from it. The house is nestled in a private bamboo forest with multiple outdoor hammocks and one indoor hammock to enjoy. The building itself appears to be very new and was very clean. We had a toddler in our party and were provided with a diaper pail as well as baby shower supplies. We requested the optional outdoor bath, for each night of our stay, and there was a bucket of rubber duckies that filled the large bath much to our toddler's delight. There were also board games and coloring supplies available to entertain our children. The property owners even provided home made mochi and shaved ice! All in all this was the highlight of our trip around Japan and a memory my children will never forget. 10/10 would recommend this property to families or couples looking for a private getaway.
